I wonder what search engines could tell me about foo? Hm! Both bing and google, hereafter referred to as bingle, think I seek enlightenment by a wikipedia article, or information about the foo fighters, or possibly want to use a website that seems to be informational in nature. The wikipedia page is kinda neat.
The terms foobar, foo, bar, and baz are sometimes used as placeholder names (also referred to as metasyntactic variables) in computer programming or computer-related documentation.
I dunno what metasyntactic variables are which is okay because wikipedia, being wikipedia, links it to it's own page about that term.

They provide an example but that doesn't really matter because I needed a post title and couldn't think of one so I went with foo.
I've got 11 days before something exciting happens so I ought to take one day to tie up a few loose ends then take 10 days to do something different. Or is it 9 days? I'll have to figure that out. Maybe the loose ends can wait?
